Gillian is the founder of Copa Fizz and is one half of the team, along with Gino (the bar van). Passionate about Gin and her love of supporting local, she has skillfully brought these two loves together into Copa Fizz. A mobile and pop up Gin and Prosecco Bar serving the best drinks from the Lancashire county and beyond she says “Life is precious and we should celebrate every moment.”
